Let go of your tribulations as the end of the day, go to bed happy and you will wake happy. Live in the present moment. What can you possible do about the past? You can only learn from the past experiences and learn to forgive. Be joyful for being here on earth in respective of all your worry.
Practice yoga, breathing, meditaton, concentration and learn to be content. Full inhalaton and full exhalation. Relax. Namaste
