Breathe is an interconnection to the Universe

Thanks for coming out to share your practice with me this Saturday. In spite of the weather, I enjoyed the practice. Thanks for those of you who made it to the Meridian Hills Park.

I will like share with all of you this week about the Breathe being interconnected to the Universe. While you will hear me continue to say in my practice and in my teaching to always breathe. It is not only required to practice breathing during yoga or meditation. Each breathe is involved in every movement in our practice. We share this breathe with the Universe. Each breathe is a continuous flow of energy in our body, we share each breathe with others in the universe. Who might that be? As you continue your practice, remember to show appreciation for each breathe and continue to breathe, it will relax you in stressful times.

See this Saturday!
